STUDENT PAPER PROPOSAL: DO NOT submit this form unless you are the faculty advisor.  Paper proposals received from anyone other than the faculty advisor will not be accepted. Student paper presenters must be verified members of Phi Alpha Theta.  Note: No AV equipment will be provided. Any projector, laptop, etc. is the responsibility of the presenter. PRESENTATIONS ARE NOT TO EXCEED 15 MINUTES. FACULTY ADVISORS SHOULD COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW PROVIDING THE STUDENT’S NAME AND PAPER TITLE EXACTLY AS THEY SHOULD APPEAR IN THE PROGRAM.

The deadline to submit paper proposals is October 15, 2009.  Faculty advisors will receive an email confirmation of the paper’s acceptance.  Note:  we are unable to accommodate requests to schedule papers on a specific date or time.
