2025 Biennial Convention Roundtable Early Registration

Only Phi Alpha Theta members may present at the Biennial Convention. The deadline to submit your roundtable and early registration is 5:00 pm (EST) on December 6, 2024.
Registration secures your place to participate in a roundtable at the Biennial Convention. You will receive a registration bag when you check in at the Phi Alpha Theta registration desk.
All members of a roundtable must register separately.
The registration fee is non-refundable. Starting December 7th, the roundtable registration fee will be $160, and new roundtable proposals will no longer be accepted.

There are various Registration options, so make sure you choose the correct one!
STUDENT REGISTRATION- for Undergraduate and Graduate PAT members who will present a paper at the Biennial Convention. Faculty Advisors are no longer required to submit papers for their students, PAT Students may now submit their own papers and registration forms.
FACULTY ADVISOR REGISTRATION- for PAT Faculty Advisors who will present a paper at the Biennial Convention.
ROUNDTABLE REGISTRATION- for a group of PAT students who will participate in a Roundtable together at the Biennial Convention. Each student must register separately!
PANEL CHAIR REGISTRATION- for PAT Faculty Advisors who will chair one or more panel sessions.
If you will not be presenting but would like to attend panel sessions, you do not need to register or pay a fee. Please note, you will not receive the registration bag.
