Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Phi Alpha Theta. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date (based on postmark). To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In new and unused condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags and labels attached

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team at info@phialphatheta.org to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Package Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include your RMA number on the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method (strongly recommended)

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds & Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll process your return or exchange within 5 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when processing is complete
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We're happy to help! Follow the same return process above and indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange. We'll process your return and send out your replacement item promptly.

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@phialphatheta.org. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Sale Items

Please Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on clearance items are final.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
